Between the two of us, we have spent over 30 years working inside the multifamily industry. We have been on the property management side long enough to know exactly what makes a vendor worth keeping, and what makes a vendor a headache. That experience is the reason Schwab Property Services exists.

We kept running into the same problem. Finding vendors who were skilled, affordable, and easy to work with all at the same time felt nearly impossible. When you did find one, you held on tight. When you didn't, you paid for it in delays, callbacks, and frustration. We decided to stop waiting for that vendor to show up and become that vendor instead.

We built Schwab Property Services around what properties actually need, not around what was easiest for us to offer. That meant listening first. It meant asking property managers what was missing, what was costing them time, and what would make their jobs easier. Then we built our services to answer those questions directly.

Today we offer painting, junk removal, general contracting, and temp help to multifamily properties and clients across the South Sound and greater Puget Sound region. We serve communities from Tacoma and Gig Harbor to Renton, Auburn, Kent, Olympia, and everywhere in between, including Tukwila, Puyallup, Lakewood, Bremerton, Tumwater, Fife, Edgewood, and Milton.

We take pride in our work, and we mean that in a practical sense. Every job we take on reflects our name. We show up on time, we communicate clearly, and we do not consider a job finished until the client is satisfied. That standard does not change based on the size of the project.

We are a locally owned business, and this region is our home. The properties we serve are not accounts on a spreadsheet to us. They are neighbors, communities, and real places where people live. That matters to how we show up every single day.
